International shipping

We are please to inform you that website is now enabled to cater to international orders & international payments.

Please take note of the below:

1. Our shipping charges are on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and that means if any custom charges incurred on your order while custom clearance will have to be paid by the customer. 

Note: Based on the country of import, our carrier may need to get customs clearance for your goods before delivering them to you. If any additional taxes/import duties/customs charges levied by the country of import will be chargeable to the customer. The customer is liable to reimburse the carrier for any such charges paid by carrier on behalf of the customer.

2. Our payment gateway accepts all major international cards. 

3. All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 to 6 working days. In  ase of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you the reason for the same. 

4. Delivery duration is between 3 and 7 working days from the date of dispatch. However, it might take longer due to custom clearance formalities, unforeseen internal circumstances and other procedures depending on your country's custom processes.

6. All international orders are shipped through DHL Express service only to ensure hassle-free, smooth delivery to you.

7. Please ensure to provide full and correct information for shipping address as it is crucial for safe & smooth delivery.

8. In case of package being undelivered and return to origin, shipping charges would have to be paid by the customer for re-shipping. We do not have a cancel option for such orders.

9. If the package being returned is charged for return shipping service, that as well is to be borne by the customer.

10. We do not have an exchange/return/replacement policy for international customers. We thoroughly check the products and pack them with adequate safety to avoid any issues once it reaches you.

11. Extra attachments like ropes, earrings stopper, etc are provided, wherever necessary.

12. In case of any applicable replacement/return, shipping and custom charges have to be borne by the customer. We will not be responsible for any additional charges.

13. For transit damages, kindly email to info@adornachennai.com within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, along with a package opening video.

14. Orders cannot be cancelled as we start processing international orders. 

15. As the recipient of the order, you shall be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country you are in. Please ensure payment of import duties to receive your order on arrival. Failing to do so your order might get stuck at the customs department or it may return back to our warehouse and in such cases, we will not be able to refund the shipping charges if it returns back to us and also deduct the charges for the return.
