Dear Customers who wish to purchase in Bulk/Wholesale,

Kindly read the below mentioned terms & conditions before placing an order:

1. Discount: 20% off on product total

2. Minimum order requirement to be eligible for wholesale discounts (whichever is higher):

1. Min. 12 pieces in each design

2. Order value INR 1 Lakh and min. 2 pieces per design (excluding shipping & other charges)

Example calculation:

3. Order processing time: 7 to 25 working days (basis product availability)

4. Mode of Payment: Pre-Paid option only. All major India & International debit & credit cards as well as PayPal accepted

5. GST invoices will be provided

6. Shipping charges:

India:

• Orders with shipping address within India will be shipped through one of our courier partners: Bluedart, ShadowFax, EcomExpress or Delhivery
• Shipping charges are calculated based on volumetric weight of the package
• If at the time of order, the shipping charges have been charged lesser than actual, order will be dispatched only upon payment of excess amount upon notification
• If at the time of order, the shipping charges have been charged higher than actual, the difference amount will be shared as a coupon, which can be used in future purchases - retail/ wholesale, with us
• Standard delivery duration distinct to each city-state applies

International:

• Orders with shipping address outside India will be shipped through DHL Express only.
• Shipping chares are calculated based on volumetric weight of the package
• If the shipping address falls under DHL's Remote Area Service (RAS), RAS charges of INR 2,450 has to be paid by the customer prior to dispatch
• If at the time of order, the shipping charges have been charged lesser than actual, order will be dispatched only upon payment of excess amount
• If at the time of order, the shipping charges have been charged higher than actual, the difference amount will be shared as a coupon, which can be used in future purchases - retail/wholesale, with us
• Standard delivery duration: 4 to 7 business days 
• Custom charges (if any) to be borne by the customer

7. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled/modified
